Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to run and secure MyGreatWay, explain our uses below, and give you practical access, correction, deletion, and portability choices. We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent, and we record informational and marketing SMS choices separately.

1. Scope and roles
This Privacy Policy explains how MyGreatWay Inc. (“MyGreatWay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through our websites, accounts, applications, APIs, support, and communications. For account, billing, website, and product-usage data, MyGreatWay generally determines the purposes of processing. For contacts, messages, campaigns, recordings, and other data a business customer uploads, that customer determines the purposes and MyGreatWay acts as its service provider or processor. Contact the relevant business first when it controls your data.
2. Information we collect
- Account and identity: name, email, password hash, company, country/state, optional phone, age-verification result, consent records, roles, and preferences. We do not retain the birth date submitted during registration; we retain the adult-verification result.
- Customer content: CRM records, communications, workflows, campaign content, files, prompts, AI output, call metadata and recordings when enabled, and recipients’ consent/suppression information.
- Commercial: plan, invoices, usage, subscription status, and limited payment metadata. Payment-card details are handled by our payment processor.
- Device and activity: IP address, browser, device, timestamps, authentication events, logs, approximate location derived from IP, cookie choices, feature usage, and security signals.
- Support and integrations: messages to us and data you authorize a connected service to provide.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to create and verify accounts; provide CRM, messaging, workflow, billing, AI, voice, SEO, and advertising features; authenticate and secure tenants; deliver support; process payments; maintain consent and suppression evidence; measure reliability; prevent fraud; comply with law; and, with appropriate choice, communicate about products. Depending on the jurisdiction and context, our legal basis is performance of a contract, consent, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate operational interests that do not override individual rights. You may withdraw consent prospectively at any time.
5. Processors, integrations, and disclosure
We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to vendors that help provide hosting and storage, email and telecommunications, payments, authentication and bot protection, analytics selected by you, customer support, AI processing, logging, and security. They are contractually restricted to approved purposes. We may also disclose information to comply with valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a merger, financing, or sale with appropriate safeguards. Customer-configured integrations receive data at the customer’s direction. An up-to-date processor list is available from privacy@mygreatway.com.
6. Mobile numbers and messaging consent
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to telecommunications providers and other service providers solely to deliver messages, maintain consent and suppression records, prevent fraud, and support the messaging programs. Those providers may not use it for their own marketing.
Informational SMS consent and marketing SMS consent are separate choices. Each is optional, unchecked by default, and independent from account acceptance, registration, and purchase. Choosing informational texts does not authorize marketing texts. We retain separate evidence for each selected category, including the phone number, timestamp, source form, disclosure version and text, and relevant technical evidence. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See the MyGreatWay SMS Program Terms.
7. Your privacy rights and choices
Subject to identity verification, legal exceptions, and the law that applies to you, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information. You may withdraw consent, opt out of marketing, or appeal a denied request. These choices are offered voluntarily to West Virginia residents where no broader state privacy right applies, without limiting rights available under other law.
Email privacy@mygreatway.com with “Privacy Request,” your account email, request type, and state of residence. We acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law; if no period applies, our target is 45 days. We verify requests proportionately and may use an authorized agent where law permits. We do not discriminate for exercising a privacy right.
8. Retention and deletion
| Category | Typical retention |
|---|---|
| Pending registration and verification tokens | Token expires after 24 hours; abandoned account data is targeted for deletion within 30 days. |
| Active account and customer content | For the account term and up to 30 days after closure for export and orderly deletion. |
| Consent, opt-out, billing, audit, and security records | As needed to prove compliance, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet tax or legal duties, generally up to 7 years. |
| System backups | Rotating schedule, generally overwritten within 90 days unless preserved for security or legal hold. |
We may retain de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify a person. Deletion may be delayed for legal holds, fraud prevention, backup isolation, or other lawful obligations.
9. Security and breach response
We use tenant authorization controls, encryption in transit, password hashing, protected secrets, logging, backups, rate limits, least-privilege access, vendor review, and incident-response procedures. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects personal information, we investigate, contain, document, and notify affected individuals and regulators as required, including without unreasonable delay when West Virginia Code § 46A-2A-102 applies. Contact security@mygreatway.com to report a concern.
10. Children and age restrictions
The Services are for adults age 18 or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly create accounts for minors. If you believe a minor provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
11. Interstate and international processing
MyGreatWay operates from the United States and service providers may process information in other jurisdictions. We use contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer. Customers are responsible for configuring data residency and cross-border transfers required by their own use.
12. West Virginia notices and consumer protection
We provide clear notice of material collection and use practices and do not authorize deceptive use of the Services. West Virginia Code Chapter 46A addresses consumer protection and breach notice; West Virginia Code § 39A-2-1 addresses consent to electronic records. This Policy also offers privacy-request choices as a product commitment. It does not represent that West Virginia has enacted a comprehensive consumer privacy statute.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as services or law change. We post the new version and date here and provide additional notice or renewed consent for material changes when required. For privacy, accessibility, paper-copy, or complaint questions, contact:
